Troubleshooting Common Issues
Running into a snag? Here are some common issues and how to resolve them.
Connected the Wrong Account
If you've accidentally connected the wrong TikTok profile, you'll first need to disconnect it. Then, log out of that account on tiktok.com, log in to the correct one, and repeat the connection steps.
"Please accept all permissions" Error
This message appears if not all required permissions were granted during the authorization process on TikTok. To fix this, please restart the connection process and ensure you approve all requested permissions.
"Account already connected to another workspace" Error
A TikTok profile can only be connected to one workspace at a time. If you see this error, you must disconnect the profile from the other workspace before you can add it to a new one.
Profile Needs to be Reconnected
Sometimes, the connection to your TikTok profile may need to be refreshed. If this happens, a Reconnect button will appear next to your profile on the Social Profiles page. Simply click it and re-authorize the connection to get things working again.
