Troubleshooting Common Issues

You connected the wrong X/Twitter account.

This usually happens if you were logged into a different account on x.com. To fix this, first disconnect the incorrect profile in your Social Profiles settings. Then, visit x.com/account/switch to log into the correct account. Once you're logged in, try connecting the profile again.

You see an error that the account is already connected to another workspace.

An X/Twitter profile can only be connected to one Ordinal workspace at a time. You will need to disconnect it from the other workspace before you can add it to a new one. If you're not sure where it's connected, please chat with our support team for help or email [email protected].

You get an error when trying to reconnect a profile.

When you see a "Reconnect" button, it's important that you are logged into the correct X account on x.com before you click it. The system needs to refresh the connection for the specific profile that was originally linked.
