If the Instagram grid preview in Ordinal doesn't match your actual Instagram profile, you likely need to refresh it.
How to refresh your grid
Open a post that's connected to Instagram
Click the Grid panel on the left side
Click the Refresh button at the top of the grid
Wait a few seconds for the grid to update
This pulls the latest posts from your Instagram account and updates the preview.
Posts that won't appear in the grid
Some posts won't show up even after refreshing:
Collab posts you didn't author
If you were invited as a collaborator on someone else's post, that post won't appear in your grid view in Ordinal. Only posts where you are the original author will show.
Recently deleted or archived posts
If you deleted or archived a post directly on Instagram, it may take a refresh to remove it from Ordinal's grid view. Click Refresh to sync the latest state.
Very old posts
Ordinal pulls posts from approximately the last 2 years. Older posts may not appear in the grid.
