Users (seats)

Users are the people on your team who log into Ordinal. Each person with an Ordinal account counts as one user.

For example, if you have 3 people on your marketing team who need to use Ordinal, your workspace would have 3 users.

Note: Starter workspaces come with 3 user seats, and Pro plans and above come with unlimited user seats at no additional charge.

Social profiles

Social profiles are the social media accounts you connect to Ordinal. Each connected account counts as one social profile.

  • Each profile connected counts as one social profile connection regardless of channel

  • You can connect multiple accounts from the same platform

For example, if you connect:

  • @yourcompany on Twitter β†’ 1 profile

  • @yourcompany on LinkedIn β†’ 1 profile

  • Your CEO's LinkedIn β†’ 1 profile

That's 3 social profiles total.

Both Starter and Pro workspaces come with 4 social profile connections by default. Additional profiles can be connected for $20/mo per profile.

Common questions

Can I have more users than social profiles?

Yes. Users and profiles are independent. You might have 3 team members (users) all managing 2 social accounts (profiles), or 1 user managing 10 profiles.

Do engagement-only profiles count?

Engagement-only profiles (for auto-likes, comments, reposts) are counted separately from scheduling profiles. Check your plan details for engagement profile limits.

Do you offer bulk discounts on additional social profiles?

Yes, if you're connecting a larger volume of accounts, chat with us or email [email protected] for more details around discounted pricing.
