When you try to connect a social media account and see a message like "@username is already integrated on another Ordinal workspace", it means that specific account is currently linked to a different Ordinal workspace.
β
Why does this happen?
On some channels (excluding LinkedIn and Discord), a social media account can only be connected to one Ordinal workspace at a time. This restriction exists to:
Prevent scheduling conflicts between teams
Keep analytics and post history organized
Ensure clear ownership of each social account
Note: This restriction does not apply to LinkedIn or Discord, both of which can connect the same profile(s) to multiple workspaces.
Common situations where this occurs:
You previously used Ordinal with a different team or company
A colleague connected the account to their workspace
You're switching from a personal workspace to a team workspace
Your organization created a new workspace and needs to migrate accounts
How to fix this
You cannot disconnect the account yourself from the other workspace. Chat with us or email [email protected] to resolve this issue.
